Measure chocolate chips + plant milk
Roughly chop pistachios
Line baking sheet with parchment

Melt Chocolate Chips
Combine chocolate chips + plant milk + maple syrup in saucepan
Heat on lowest stove setting
Stir constantly 4-5 minutes until glossy and smooth

Pour melted chocolate onto parchment
Spread evenly with spatula
Immediately sprinkle pistachios and coconut flakes
Finish with sea salt flakes
