Using a sharp knife, cut diagonal slits throughout the loaf, being careful not to cut all the way through
In a small bowl, mix together melted vegan butter & minced garlic
Brush the garlic butter throughout the slits
Add small spoonfuls of vegan pesto into the cuts
Stuff with vegan mozzarella and sprinkle with vegan parmesan
