Chocolate Matcha French Toast Sticks

These crispy-on-the-outside, chocolatey-on-the-inside French toast sticks with a surprising twist! These vegan beauties get their rich flavor from chocolate milk and earthy matcha in the batter, creating a breakfast that's equal parts nostalgic and innovative. Air-fried for extra crunch (optional but recommended!), they're ready in under 30 minutes – perfect for lazy weekends or impressive brunch guests. I love making them when I have friend's over for the aesthetics!
