Bake Or Air Fry Starlite Cuisine Barbacoa Mushroom Taquitos according to package instructions until crispy.
Once cooked, cut the taquitos into bite-sized pieces.
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Spread tortilla chips on a large baking sheet or oven-safe platter.
Evenly layer black beans, chopped taquitos, shredded vegan cheese, and jalapeños over the chips.
Place the nachos in the oven and bake for 12 minutes, or until the cheese is more melted.

chopped cilantro.
